Cookie Policy
vCyberBoard Advisor uses a minimal set of cookies and local storage, aligned with the ePrivacy Directive and GDPR. This page explains what we set and why.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small data files stored on your device. Local storage works similarly, in the browser. We use both sparingly and only where they are necessary to operate the site and the secure client portal.
2. Cookies we use
- Strictly necessary: authentication and session tokens required to keep you signed in to the client portal. These cannot be disabled if you want portal access.
- Functional / preference: local storage that remembers UI preferences such as expanded panels and last-visited views.
- Security: tokens and flags used to protect forms and sessions from abuse.
We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell data to third parties.
3. Analytics
Any usage analytics we operate is privacy-respecting and first-party. It measures aggregate interactions to improve the site and is not used to profile individuals for advertising.
4. Managing cookies
You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Removing authentication cookies will sign you out of the portal; preferences can be reset at any time without losing access to your data.
5. Updates
If we add or change a cookie category, we will update this page and, where consent is required, surface a choice before the cookie is set.
